We are currently seeking a Clinical Analyst to implement and support the Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager system. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and supporting an enterprise clinical information or computerized physician order entry (CPOE) system for a large and complex organization. The candidate must possess backend configuration skills to design, build, test, activate and troubleshoot order communication and results reporting from ancillary systems. Candidate should have experience facilitating user workgroups to understand workflow and system requirements and should have strong communication, documentation and organizational skills. Knowledge of Sunrise Clinical Manager is a plus.
Specific responsibilities include:
o Analyzing organizational/departmental workflow
o Defining departmental/clinical end-user requirements
o Collecting data for configuration and display
o Facilitating screen design
o Determining the configurable components of the results/ orders module
o Coding configuration tables
o Analyzing report requirements
o Documenting all activities and specifications
o Conduct unit testing, assist in integrated testing
o Troubleshoot interface transactions
o Supporting activation
o Supporting ongoing production issues
o Strong communication skills
o Strong documentation skills
o Strong organizational skills
