Senior Project Manager
Department: Project Management Office (PMO)
Job description:
Under the direction of the PMO, the project manager will support the use of project management methodologies and processes across technology groups. Responsibilities include:
-Plan and coordinate tasks and projects to completion
-Create and maintain project management documentation
-Support functional managers to apply project management practices in regular operation
-Facilitate internal staff and vendor communication
-Report project task statuses and resource utilization
Skills and Experience:
·Managed 5+ projects on software system integration
·Managed 3+ projects with extensive web analytics and reporting systems
·Experience to motivate and manage remote teams of 10 people (internal staff and vendors)
·Experience with structured project management practices for project duration from 6-12 months
·Precise verbal and written project communications - risks, issues, status, change requests, etc.
·6+ years as project manager roles in a software development environment
Education requirements:
-Bachelors degree in business, information systems, or other relevant field.
