Our Dutchess County client is looking for a long term consultant to act as a Business Analyst responsible for understand and convey the business needs for its on-line application to the off shore programming team our client works with.
This person will not be responsible for managing the off shore programmers, He/She will be responsible for making sure the correct information is given to the programmers to ensure the web application reflects the business requirements. QA testing will also be the responsibility of this individual.
The first phase of this multi step project is estimated to take up to a year; steps 2 and 3 will follow in suit.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
