We have an urgent opening for a Technical Writer with System Analysis in NY.
Job Description:
Work with project team members (technology group) to identify and create various documents, both Technical & Regulatory. This may include creating documents independently or updating documents created by programmers to apply standards and changes to content if applicable, to improve readability. Some expected tasks include creating & maintaining design documents, document API's and usage, doument procedures, processes, etc.
This person will also maintain the project document repository, paying attention to quality and procedures:
-Good written and spoken skills, previous experience in financial industry( HVP- high value payments, securities, derivatives) preferred.
-Experience working with a Technology team, ability to document processes, configurations, architecture, procedures, APIs, etc.
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio required.
Some exposure or familiarity with version control systems.
Exposure to ERWIN or Rational Rose a big plus.
CMMi experience is must.
