A leading company in the financial industry on Long Island is looking for a WAN Supervisor with 9+ years hands-on experience. As the WAN Supervisor you will be providing the highest level of support for corporate and branch networks. As the WAN Supervisor you will also be responsible for installing, upgrading and maintaining Cisco based network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for network configuration, tuning, heavy troubleshooting and reporting of Cisco and Microsoft based networks. The WAN Supervisor will be detail oriented and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Some traveling to different locations within Long Island may be required. A 4-year and/or advanced degree in computer science is required in order to be considered for this position. Also, Cisco certifications are required. Staff management experience preferred.
