Performs development and maintenance programming for web pages and web applications. Takes part in web usability testing. Partners with Project Managers to implement pages or applications into production. Develops, assesses and communicates web site usage and security policies and standards. Provides technical assistance to site Administrators as needed. May assist in the planning of overall company strategy involving internet usage. May make hardware and/or software purchasing recommendations or decisions regarding web development. Design website(s) to support strategies and goals relative to external communications. Designs and develops user interface features. Develop content that will motivate and entertain users so that they regularly access the website and utilize it as a major source for information and decision making. Gathers feedback for website improvement and enhancements.

Experience: Just Technical Associates is seeking to add to our team of motivated and energetic staff as a Web Designer-Junior. Under general supervision, creates moderately complex web pages, web sites and HTML email, includes graphics, animation and functionally, for both IgoUgo and B2B clients. Designs web page layout and on-line content, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, content and infrastructure for new product release and new web-hosted product offering.
