<p> The job is with a company that specializes in providing consulting services to financial institutions. They provide back office and support functions for investment banks/brokers to handle financial control, processing and reporting. They need to hire a hands-on Access & Excel developer to extract data from various excel files and load the data into Access databases. Once the data is in Access the new hire must generate reports as per user specifications. Strong analytical and communication skills are needed to translate functional requirements into technical specs for development in Access.

<li> Access (data schema, query processing, Import functions, Create forms) </li>
<li> Excel (Vlookup. Pivot, sort, filters, macros) </li>

<h3> <font color="00g000">Job Responsibility : </font> </h3>
The Access/Excel Developer responsibilities include analyzing the data process, understanding report requirements as requested by the business user. Duties will include translating functional requirements into technical specifications re: Access development. Exporting and loading data. Using excel and the features of excel including Vlookup, sort, math calculations, filters and macros. Regarding Access, you must know the following:
-Creating data schema's
-Queries – Outer/inner joins, unions, update, delete and append types
-Import function: able to import large amounts of data into MS Access in various types (excel, text, csv)
-Create forms – able to create forms to support queries and macros
-Export functions: able to expert data out to text or Excel
The new hire will work closely with business users and must have good communication skills.
