The Business Systems and Reporting Manager will report to the Director of Management Accounting and oversee the monthly reporting process as well as short and long term financial planning processes. Managing the cash flow forecasts and reports is another primary responsibility of the Business Systems and Reporting Manager position. The Business Systems and Reporting Manager will also develop MIS tools and their processes to improve the Firm's analysis, planning and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate is either an IT person who has a financial background or a Finance professional who loves systems and would like to be more involved with them.

Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Accounting qualification is a plus
5+ years experience in management and implementation of MIS, reporting, forecasting and budgeting
Accounting and Reporting software knowledge is required
