The ideal candidate for this position must also be proficient with Windows NT/2000/XP operating systems along with MS Office suite. In this position you will be responsible for creating reports using Crystal Reports as well as writing and maintaining code with VB.NET. Other responsibilities include providing technical support for internal users and hardware and software upgrades and as well as have the ability to creatively diagnose and solve complex problems involving software, end users and hardware.
