Robert Half Technology is currently recruiting for an HTML/CSS Guru for a temp to possible hire contract in the Flatiron area. Our client is an innovative web development company that creates customized web solutions for their clients. This person will participate on a team of web developers to work on frond end devlopment projects for a variety of clients.
Requirements:
Must be experienced in creating tableless CSS and be able to quickly develop HTML pages from scratch.
Ability to maintain super-clean coding practices;
Excellent documentation
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Extensive experience with cross-platform/browser development
Experience developing strategies for large-scale sites
Experience using various templating systems
Extensive experience developing modular front-end code
are familiar with multiple back-end technologies (PHP, JSP, Python, etc.)
Possess expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (incl. DOM manipulation, etc.)
Comfortable with all three major platforms (Win, Mac, Linux)
Comfortable with the Unix command-line
