Summary
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work with Developers and Business Users in the business and functional requirements definition, design, implementation, and maintenance of systems applications. You will also work in defining, prioritizing, and executing Internet system product commitments.
Reports to: The Manager of Software Development
Duties/Responsibilities

Perform project management, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation tasks, and execute multiple complex projects in parallel
Provide guidance and project management for teams of developers, analysts, and QA testers on behalf of various business users
Verify feasibility of requested functionalities and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures
Create detailed requirements and ensure that Quality Assurance Engineers can develop comprehensive test plans for Internet systems

Able to coordinate and deliver multiple, complex, small- and mid-size projects concurrently
Able to gracefully manage multiple priorities and commitments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong capacity to manage and negotiate project change requests as well as support ongoing enhancements and modifications to production systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to help build relationships and provide the bridge between Internet engineers and non-technical business users

Experience: Required Background/Experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
2+ years experience project managing development of systems using J2EE Technologies, SQL databases, and stored procedures
Knowledge of Project Management, the Software Development Life Cycle, the Internet Business Process, and Internet Related Systems
Proficiency in J2EE Web Services (SOAP) and supporting client systems (web, mobile, IVR applications) in web service integration and consumption
Good understanding of object-oriented and UML methodologies
Familiarity with web infrastructures necessary to support a dynamic Website using load balancers, database connections, and Firewalls
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project
