A well known Investment Bank in the New York City area is looking for a
Help Desk Analyst.

Description

Provide Service Delivery support for Virtual Machines

Provision Virtual Machines

Update VM inventory reports and spreadsheet

Provide Reports for Capacity Management.

Provide level II support for Virtual Machines


Experience: Essential:
2-3 years experience - VM Ware, Virtual Console

Desirable:
Financial Services experience
VMWare support
Excellent Communication Skills
