Instructional Designer need with Risk Management Background and operations a must. Designs and develops business and technical training programs. Conducts needs assessments, task analyses and performance analyses
Develops training plans consisting of course goals, learning objectives, instructional methodology and media, program outline, and work breakdown structure
Works collaboratively with business partners to ensure training goals are aligned with business goals
Designs and develops instructional materials according to instructional plans
Modifies training materials based on feedback from edits, walk-throughs, and pilots
Conducts project debriefs and summarizes best practices
