A PhD or MS in Computer Science strongly preferred. <br>
Ability to take ownership of a project and following it through to completion, ability to work with minimal supervision. <br>
Extremely strong C# coding skills, with 5+ years of hands-on experience writing real-world, production-quality server applications in financial institutions. <br>
Expert knowledge of core C#; the candidate should be familiar with inner workings of the CLR. <br>
Expert experience with multi-threading. <br>
Expert experience with WinForms. <br>
Expert understanding of OO design principles. <br>
Experience with open-source software. <br>
Strong DB skills (Oracle). <br>
Experience with MOMs is a plus. <br>
Experience with Java is a very big plus. <br>
