A large financial organization in downtown Manhattan seeks someone willing to work a 3-6 month + contract as Helpdesk Support in a call center environment
Job Description: To answer phone incoming calls to the MIS Help Desk and perform routine tasks of escalating requests that come into the Team Track ticketing system and other minor routine tasks.
Previous experience & expectations: Any previous Help Desk and Ticketing System experience. General knowledge of Microsoft Soft Windows and Offices Suite, Professional appearance & phone manner, having worked in a professional corporate environment and college degree is a plus
This position has an 8 hour business day M-F with some approved OT.
