Primary responsibilities:
• Answer, evaluate and prioritize client inquiries and problems
• Interview clients to collect information about their problems or inquiries; lead clients through diagnostic procedures toward a resolution
• Log and track incidents via a management database; maintain history records and related problem documentation
• Consult with product developers and technical groups to explain software errors or to recommend changes to programs
• Test new features on software releases
• Participate in onsite training and support with clients
• Create and maintain relationships with other internal departments as well as our client base
Experience: Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years related business experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Solid understanding of general accounting concepts (A/R, A/P, G/L, etc.)
• Knowledge of advertising industry preferred
• Must be able to troubleshoot, problem solve, and communicate clearly.
• Must demonstrate ability to organize and multitask
• Project management and timely follow up skills necessary to prioritize client demands
• Strong customer service skills required.
