In the Account Executive role you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships over the phone and in person. Using a consultative approach, you will meet with clients to evaluate their technical needs, recommend and provide consulting solutions. <br><br>

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contacting supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs; providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met; and strategizing with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals. Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.<br><br>

Additionally, candidates for this exciting opportunity will bring 3 or more years of experience in technology recruiting, sales and/or hands-on development experience with a proven track record of success. Experience in the recruitment/staffing industry and local market knowledge is a definite asset but not required. You bring a high level of communication skills as well as excellent selling, negotiating and problem-solving abilities. A combination of account management, account development and/or sales IT experience is a must. IT certifications are highly desired, such as CCNA, A+, MCSE, MCAD, etc.
