TITLE: Technical Lead
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Technology, Business, Education, Special Education, Curriculum and Instruction or related field
2. A minimum of three years experience in the implementation and deployment of complex applications, systems integration, and close customer interaction with a demonstrated ability to customize applications rapidly and integrate systems cohesively
3. Technical project management skills necessary to interface with large, complex school districts to provide support to and collaborate with your Project Manager and the client project manager as it pertains to the technical portions of the implementation
4. Ability to supervise a variety of technical staff
5. Demonstrated comfort in working with Windows Server and SQL Server
6. Must be very familiar with hand-coding HTML (not using a WYSIWYG editor) and be comfortable with programming/scripting (including JavaScript and SQL) and relational databases (including Microsoft SQL Server)
7. The ability to solve problems is essential
8. Good time management skills
9. Knowledge of software quality assurance (application testing) experience and skills
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF ORACLE 10g
10. Experience in the education market is a plus
11. Primary work is located in Manhattan, NY
12. Ability to travel
