Due to our consistent growth and prosperity, we are looking to fill a key MIS Analyst IV role within the Credit Data Strategy group of M&T Bank.RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide highly specialized data support to Commercial Credit Risk and Credit Reporting. Act in a liaison capacity between Commercial Credit Risk, Credit Reporting and Credit TechnologySatisfy complex, specialized reporting requests using PC and client server applications Perform complex queries and programming in order to create ad-hoc results Responsible for understanding the complexity and interrelations of commercial credit data Participate on departmental, division and enterprise-wide projects serving as a credit data subject matter expert Responsible for continual data management process improvement including historical impact of any changes May serve as technical resource to lower level MIS Analysts Perform other related assignments and special projects as requested by managementBASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance or Business 2 - 3 years Commercial Credit Data Analysis experience requiredMinimum of three (3) years experience with data aggregation and/or reporting Demonstrated technical ability to obtain and aggregate information from disparate sources Advanced MS Excel and Access skills with basic T-SQL knowledge (macros/pivot tables/v-look ups etc.)Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skillsIDEAL QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of data on the bank’s commercial loan accounting systems as well as the various supplemental systems Advanced T-SQL skills Strong knowledge of Commercial Credit
