Description Our client, one of the top US investment banks, offering securities underwriting and trading, mergers and acquisitions advice, research, private equity investment, and risk management products, is seeking a Support Analyst. Location: New York, NY Type of Position: Contract Responsibilities: 2nd level support and DR of Equities Execution Systems. Primarily Exchange Links. Problem troubleshooting, root cause analysis and facilitation of both short and long-term solutions Problem ownership until resolution Issue prioritization and escalation Overnight and weekend on-call responsibilities In-depth problem analysis Planning, coordination and execution of production deployment of system upgrades and emergency bug fixes Functional testing of the system upgrades, as well as disaster recovery tests User training and documentation Bug fixes, and other development work as the workload permits for applications not assigned to development groups Provide ?Follow the Sun support for non-Americas applications. Shift cover will be required(7:00am ? 7:00pm) Required Skills: 2+ years of Exchange Links Support.
