- 4+ years of Project Management
- Performed quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Led Quality Assurance Team
- Worked with one or more of the following testing tools: HP Functional Testing, HP LoadRunner Software, HP LoadRunner Monitors and HP Test Director for Quality Center
- Bachelors or Masters Degree

QA Manager - Brooklyn, New York
Education Required:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years management experience
Education Preferred:
Masters Degree
Technical Skills / Knowledge Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Word and Excel skills)
Experience Required:
- Prior people or project management experience
- Ability to manage both staff and process as it pertains to the quality assurance
- Ability to develop and implement quality assurance practices
- Experience in administrative support, record keeping and data management
- Ability to use the computer and applications to facilitate record retention
- Demonstrated ability to edit documents for final quality control before they are presented to clients.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work with one or more of the following testing tools: HP Functional Testing, HP LoadRunner Software, HP LoadRunner Monitors and HP Test Director for Quality Center
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance
QA Manager:
- 4+ year project management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal comm. skills.
- Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of existing business processes, ability to help coach others, develop and mentor team members.
- Work well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, ability to work under standards-based performance measures.
- Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
- Will report to the Functional Lead
- Work with team and independently.
- Provide ongoing supervision to assigned staff
- Responsible for identifying and resolving issues, problems and concerns
- Receive assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals
- Recommend changes to policies and establishes procedures
Interacts with different levels of external and internal customers
- Complete daily and weekly reports
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all corporate information
- This QA Manager will be responsible for Coordinating, managing and performing all quality assurance activates required to validate and document all of the SESIS software components including the SESIS configuration, SW enhancements, data conversion, SESIS ODS, and systems integration.
- Responsible for formulating test plans, coordinating tests (e.g. usability, scalability, regression, and UAT) and ensuring that test results and metrics are captured.
Responsibilities:
- Perform overall management of the quality assurance process for the System Implementation.
- Work hard at increasing the clients satisfaction
- Ensure project timelines are met
- Lead the Quality Assurance team
- Formulate the overall, high-level plan for testing activities
- Create strategies for testing data conversion.
- Assist Quality Assurance Specialists in developing test plan and test cases and preparing test data for identified test cases
- Coordinate test meetings
- Participate in the execution of test cases
- Participate in documenting test results, review them with the technical team, and retest
- Test all configurations prior to configuration review sessions
- Test all configurations following remediation and communicate findings to business analyst
- Review project scope and notify Project Manager of any client requests inconsistent with project scope
- Participate in strategic planning for the Division as it pertains to system training
