We have an immediate need for a Digital Marketing Solutions Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Solutions Specialist to assist with the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns on Digital Media websites. The Marketing Coordinator will serve as a point of contact within the Group for external sales and marketing teams.
Candidate should be a team player and self starter who's deadline driven, highly organized with excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
• Develop a thorough understanding of the websites including site analytics, research information,
editorial platforms and custom marketing capabilities.
• Participate in brainstorms for RFPs containing $50K+ online budgets
• Participate in creation of online proposals as needed. Includes concept checks, copy editing or
providing more detailed descriptions of sponsorship packages and custom marketing solutions.
• Assist with maintenance of educational materials and information outlining online capabilities and
packages.
• Working with client services managers to translate post-campaign reports into case studies.
• Manage smaller marketing projects such as rich media units, consumer marketing related projects, etc.
• Assisting with maintenance of Online Mediakit information and updates with designers and production
teams.
• Assist with the creating templatized write-ups for off the shelf packages for each Brand site.
• Serve as a point of contact for sales and marketing teams by fielding general questions regarding sales
marketing opportunities and tools
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with clients and internal sales and marketing teams and
senior level executives
• Create media plans for larger programs that require extensive pricing for custom work and sponsorships.
• May perform other duties as needed
