Comprised of approximately 75 applications that are categorized as Client Reporting applications and Finance & Compliance Applications. Client Reporting apps are the main vehicle used to deliver best-in-class client information, which includes assets under management, holdings, balances, trade activity, and other information pertinent to the Investment Management Division?s clients. Finance Apps are the backbone apps used to support the Operations, Business Support Desk, Traders, Middle Office and other internal teams.






Responsibilities:

From a Service Control perspective, this position will be responsible for:

Owning day to day Incident management, escalation and communication.
Managing deep dive approach in to problem management and root cause analysis.
Complete ownership of Change Management processes and protocols.
Creating and maintaining appropriate policies for all the above.
Owning the Service Management tool set that is used by ays Capital and Wealth to support RTB activities.
Creating, augmenting and maintaining the RTB metrics program that includes weekly, biweekly and monthly reporting, including proactive trend analysis.
Providing hands on support as needed for all of the above.
Maintaining a close working relationship with the broader global Service Management team to ensure is in sync with global governance and standards around service control.
Working with audit team to ensure that all audit items have been duly accounted for and supporting evidence has been provided.

From a Demand Management perspective, this position will be responsible for:

Representing in the global RTB forum and ensuring that is compliant will all Capital and Wealth infrastructure requirements, managing gaps and escalations as necessary.
Proactively taking on RTB related project work, creating project plans as necessary and tracking to completion.

Providing appropriate communication (including risks and issues) to all levels of management.
Ability to escalate issues effectively and drive them to the resolution.
Required Experience:
Eight plus years overall information technology experience with five plus years in the financial industry.
Working knowledge of the Wealth Management business is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in a governance role.
Solid knowledge of Project Management. PMP certification preferred in conjunction with strong management and leadership ability.
Positive mental attitude (can-do attitude), results oriented and quick learner.
Strong understanding of technology and associated concepts.
