Blue Cherry Support Analyst in New York, NY

? Provide first line support on our Blue Cherry application to all users ? Utilize Magic support application to track and respond to all Blue Cherry application related help desk queries ? Assist in providing training to Blue Cherry users ? Documenting the following o Business process analysis on implementation projects o Gap analysis o Reporting specifications o Report development using Blue Cherry reporting tool Experience: ? 3-5 years experience in the Apparel Industry: Production or Order Management or Allocation or EDI processing ? 1-2 years exp in Blue Cherry software or any other Apparel specific ERP software ? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal ? Good documentation skills utilizing Mircrosoft Word, Excel, and VISIO ? Some exposure to either documenting report specifications or report development and Database concepts will be a major plus. ?
