Basic Function:

Produce quality graphic design work within the Graphic Design Group.

Responsibilities:


  • Produce design/layout for printed materials, electronic media and signage used for internal and external communications.

    * Assist the Director of Graphic Design with project distribution and communications to other designers.

  • Oversee work of other designers within the department.

    * Manage daily operation of graphics department in director's absence.

    Basic Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related curriculum. Five years professional graphic design experience. Proficient in the use of Macintosh computer systems and design-related software including InDesign, Quark, XPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, as well as Microsoft Office.
     
    Ideal Skills:

    Web skills and experience a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organized and detail oriented. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
