As a Robert Half Technology Recruiter, you will use your proven IT staffing experience to recruit and source IT candidates through our existing database, advertisements, internet searches, referred business contacts, and direct recruiting methods. You will meet with candidates to evaluate their technical skills and to gain an understanding of their marketable assets. In addition, you will contact peer and supervisory references to determine a candidate?s viability to support and resolve the specific needs of the client. You and your team will make recommendations to clients regarding the top talent available to meet their requirements, and provide customer service to existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met. The ideal candidate for this position will also strategize with other team members to ensure the weekly business growth goals of the division are being met. This fast-paced environment requires multi-tasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Experience: CIS/MIS degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in outside sales, telemarketing, pre/post sales or technical solutions sales are required.
