Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain desktop, and servers, in two NY locations
- Coordinate with global IT dept to address any user or system issues
- Desktop hardware and software deployment
- Server administration and data backup
- Responsive support to all users with a positive attitude
- Support mobile users
Software Skills:
- Microsoft Office: Outlook in an Exchange environment
- Macintosh: OSX, Adobe suite, Entourage
- Cisco software VPN client
- Inoculate IT Anti-Virus
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 2000 Pro in an AD environment
- Experience with Microsoft Windows XP Pro in an AD environment
- Experience with Windows 2000 Server
- Blackberry Handheld Software
- Veritas Backup ? Exec
- Experience with various audio players/encoders (Windows Media, iTunes, Real Player)
- Experience with Terminal Server and Citrix clients
Hardware Skills:
- Competent ability to troubleshoot PC and Macintosh hardware
- Experience with printers, handhelds, switches, and DSL/Cable wireless routers
- Experience with Compaq/HP servers
Experience: Technical Certifications and Training:
- Five years experience in computer/networking field
- Intimate understanding of the troubleshooting method
- Competent understanding of TCP/IP networking.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess excellent time management skills
- Team player with initiative and motivation
- Takes ownership of issues and self manages
