Our client is a large national law firm with locations throughout the US. They are looking to add an addtional Help Desk Analyst onto their team to support users. The hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. You will provide users with 100% phone support in MS Office, Outlook and iManage in a Windows XP environment. Experience: Must have prior experience working on a help desk in a law firm environment. Able to support attorneys. Must be help desk phone support experience supporting Office, Outlook and any document management software. Must be a team player Must have excellent communication skills.
