Robert Half Technology is currently seeking Audio Visual Technicians for a special contract project. We are looking for experienced Audio-Visual technicians who are able to provide technical support to business seminars at Movie theaters throughout the state. This project involves setting up 4,000 ? 5,000 ANSI-lumen projectors to VGA switchers, setting up portable PA systems with wireless UHF microphones, etc. 50 to 100% driving travel, 2-3 hours daily, required (rental car, hotel, and per diem provided). On a day to day basis the candidate will be responsible for: Arrive at designated theater by 7:15 AM; Acts as primary individual responsible for sets and strikes of AV equipment at Theaters. Portray a polished and professional image; Exhibit proficiency in the use of audio and video equipment; Operate various audiovisual equipment and items, including LCD projectors, audio equipment, DVD's, etc; Troubleshoot equipment failures, and develop solutions on site; Provide outstanding customer service; Maintain proper security, storage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment during the course of event; Accounts for all inventories before and after each event; Events ends at 1:30pm or 5:30pm depending on date; Events run Monday through Thursday
