Experience: To be considered for the position candidates must possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience designing paper forms using a forms designer software package such as Adobe Designer (v6 or better)
- Experience in the development of forms in an environment where different groups may want conflicting content on forms
- Experience field testing forms prior to deployment
- Experience conducting and participating in multi-participant requirements gathering sessions (ie focus groups) specifically to acquire forms requirements
- Experience publishing forms to the web
- Experience designing forms to be used in a forms processing technology environment where design characteristics impact successful machine reading of the form
- Experience working in a projectized environment where direction may come from functional manager or project manager
- Experience preparing written documentation and communication products in support of the forms development process
