Candidates with 2+ years of experience will be considered and large-scale systems experience is highly desirable. Finance experience is not necessary. Successful candidates will typically have both strong analytical and organizational skills; exceptional programming skills; a true love of building quality software; and a team spirit. All of our developers have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience using several different programming languages including Java. Projects cover a wide range of technical challenges including high-performance distributed systems and real-time applications.
