Skills: C#.Net or VB.Net, ASP.Net 2.0, .Net Framework 2.0, SQL, XML, XSLT, experience with .Net 3.0, C++, Java, or AJAX a plus. Additionally experience with or knowledge of WCF, WPF or WWF.<p>
Job Profile:<br>
- The successful candidate will lead a team that will focus on: the development of technical specifications; systems prototyping; the implementation of software solutions; systems testing in partnership with QA and production staff.<br>
- Extensive knowledge of .Net framework, ADO.Net, MS SQL Server 200x, Microsoft Enterprise Libraries and Microsoft Application Blocks.<br>
- Develop state of the art software solutions using a broad variety of programming components and applications.<br>
- Experience with Microsoft back-office products.<br>
- Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.<br>
- Candidate will support production roll-outs and ongoing maintenance.<br>
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead a project team.<p>

Experience: - Minimum 8 years overall development experience, with a minimum 5 years (2 years team lead) experience using C#.Net or VB.Net in the development of n-tier business applications in the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment<br>
- Ability to design and develop web-services, and custom server controls using C#.Net or VB.Net.<br>
- Solid experience with XML, ADO.Net, and SQL Server.<br>
- Experience using MS Application Blocks, Security and Membership Services<br>
- Solid knowledge of HTML, DHTML, CSS and Java Script<br>
- Experience with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design<br>
- Extensive experience in UML or MDA<br>
- Understand Service Oriented Architecture<br>
- Experience working within the RUP methodology<br>
- Experience with Change Management tools<br>
- Strong written and verbal communication skills<br>
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline, or the equivalent in training and experience<br>
- Must be legal to work in the United States<p>
