Help Desk Analyst in New York, NY

A well known Investment Bank is looking for a Help Desk Analyst in the New York City area.



Candidates MUST have application support experience. They should have excellent communication skills and extensive help desk experience.



Help Desk Analyst will maintain telephone support. This position will support client calls from Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds who have technical transaction questions.








Experience:
Excellent communication and documentationskills are an absolute requirement.

A financial background is preferred to assist and understand the trouble calls from financial clients. A Financial background will help sound educated when discussing financial and banking transactions.

Basic technical skills are required with Windows O/S, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for support and documentation.

Experience with UNIX and SQL are a big plus.
