The company seeks talented midlevel software developers to join our highly motivated team. We are looking for extremely strong coders who can routinely complete tasks in one third the time most programmers think possible. Candidates with 3-4 years of experience will be considered, though large-scale systems experience is highly desirable. Finance experience is not necessary. Successful candidates will typically have both strong analytical and organizational skills; exceptional programming skills; a true love of building quality software; and a team spirit. All of our developers have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience using several different programming languages including Java.
