Genesis10 currently has a consulting opportunity in New York City for a Human Resources & Corporate Services Analyst.

Job Description: To handle / ensure the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts; establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations; responsible for assembling project plans and team assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately; responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources; coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work being managed; follow rigorous SDLC (IT only) and project management best practices; comply with internal Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other compliance related processes, as well as adhere to change control and problem management procedures

Responsibilities include reengineering existing processes within HR. Interface with high level internal users and outside vendors.
Experience: Requirements: Self Starter

Strong Communication skills

Excellent organization skills

Extract reports using Excel and Access. Must have strong experience in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Access

Strong documentation skills

MS Project Preferred
