Our direct fashion client is seeking a a HRIS Senior Systems Analyst. This is a full time position paying a competitive salary with a generous benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment and support of key HR systems like Recruitment and Succession Planning. Provide day-to-day support for key HR systems; partner with HR business units to understand and prioritize information needs and translate business requirements into systems solutions; planning, managing and implementing various systems enhancements; and partnering with business on process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
4+ years of business applications development experience in HR/Payroll systems. SQL experience is required. Must have working knowledge of recruitment systems. Must have strong communication, facilitation, multi-tasking, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Other Information:
Desired Skills: Reporting development (Cognos) experience. Working knowledge of succession planning systems is preferred.
