Job Description
QA analyst at DoubleClick is responsible for ensuring that all applications meet the highest of quality and performance standards. As member of a development team, QA analyst utilizes variety of testing techniques and tools to identify possible issues prior to software release. Close collaboration with other member of the team, some of whom are off-shore, and clear communication is key to successfully completing your objective.

Required experience
- Two or more years experience in quality assurance activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Creative application of variety if testing techniques to ensure that all possible scenarios are covered.
- Ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple activities, and to meet timelines and quality objectives
- Strong organizational skills
? Proven ability to communicate effectively (oral, written and via email)
? Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and negotiating skills
? Good interpersonal skills: teamwork, respect, tact and discretion
? Demonstrate a positive attitude even under pressure
? Excellent attention to details
? Hands-on experience with Windows XP, Windows Server 2000/2003 and IIS
? SQL and relational database concepts (especially in forming queries)
? Working knowledge of PERL, Java or C/C++
? Experience with Mercury Tools such as Quality Center, QuickTest Pro, and LoadRunner or other QA automation suite
Optional experience
  • Software development experience
  • Administrative level Windows 2000/2003 experience
  • Oracle and Linux/UNIX a definite plus
  • SCRUM or other agile development process

    Job responsibility and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
