Experience: 2+ years recent professional Desktop Support experience, hardware/laptop maintenance and break-fix, level 2-3 MS Office application troubleshooting. Calls escalated from level 1 helpdesk and routed through helpdesk tracking application. Excellent communication skills desired. A+ certification a plus.
