May perform one or more of the following:
Engineering (1):
Experience with technical project work encompassing assessmentof customer requirements, building and maintaining vendor relationships,
handson research and development and rollout planning and execution.
Technical knowledge required for this position include Microsoft SMS 2.0, Tivoli software distribution, Norton Ghost imaging and software
packaging.
Previous experience with workstation image creation and regular updates is required.
Experience with Symantec Antivirus in a managed environment is required.
Experience with Configuresoft Enterprise Configuration Manager is a plus.
Experience with IBM desktop and laptop as well as HP printers is required.
Experience with Tablet PC is required.
Experience with hard disk encryption is required.
Experience using Peregrine Service Center is helpful.
Experience with network attached scanning is helpful.
Experience with and an understanding of Ethernet topology is required.
Candidate must have the ability to work independently.
Candidate must have the ability to solve complex technical
problems accurately and without delay.
There is a heavy emphasis on new hardware evaluation and testing as well as software integration into current builds.
Familiarity with WinTel technology (server shares, LAN/WAN) is extremely helpful.
