Help Desk Analyst III in WHITE PLAINS, NY

Prestigious Westchester firm seeking Senior Help Desk Professional. This position is approximately 70% phone/remote support. You will support hardware as well as software and troubleshoot various desktop applications including the Microsoft Office Suite. This position also helps support remote access including: Blackberry, OWA, VPN and Citrix.

The successful candidate will have experience with wireless e-mail devices, Arcserve backup software, and any VBA development is a plus.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: 5+ years recent professional helpdesk experience, MS Office expertise, Blackberry, OWA, VPN. Desktop/Laptop/PDA break-fix, & printer troubleshooting skills.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and a minimum 5 years of experience. Microsoft Certifications are preferred.
