Our client has an immediate need for a Lotus Notes Domino Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience, responsible for application development, including but not limited to: Domino Designer 5 and 6, LotusScript and JAVA. As a Lotus Domino Developer, you would report to the IT Manager and head of Application Development, and would periodically work with network infrastructure staff. Your responsibilities would also include:
• Meeting with Users and Gathering Requirements
• Developing, Maintaining and Trouble-shooting LotusScript and JAVA.
• Managing small to medium sized projects according to budgets and schedules
• Evaluating Third Party Solutions and being involved in the process of bringing those solutions in-house.

Experience: To be considered for this role, the incumbent must possess the following:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration and/or relevant experience; Industry certifications a plus. Experience can be substituted for Education.
• 2 – 5 years experience as a Lotus Domino Developer.
• QSI, ODBC Development, and .NET Development experience is a plus.
• Experience with the maintenance and development of Domino Databases.
• Prior experience in MS Office and Project is desired.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously
• Emphasis on the ability to effectively gather requirements from user population.
• Highly developed verbal and written communications is necessary.
