- Global Sales Technology is aligned to the Institutional Sales business and the systems support all products across Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives and Capital Markets. Specifically Global Sales Technology supports all phases and all aspects of the business, which include applications for generation of trade ideas & quotes to post-execution services, client relationship management and revenue reporting tools and client portal.
- The CRM application is a key application on the Salesperson desktop suite. It is the global strategic Client Relationship Management system. The application provides a holistic view of clients across all divisions. The system is currently used by users in US, Europe and Asia. There is a huge demand for the application and it is at a peak development stage. There will be abundant opportunities to design and build new components and large infrastructure pieces.
