Serve as a single point of contact for retail issues with the Retek team. <p>
Monitor system operation, unsupervised, and recognize anomalies.
Correct normal system problems.
Research usage points, using documentation and expert resources.
Teach the systems to other users, informally and in training classes.
Correct user errors or escalate issues to the help desk.
Run reports in RMS and RDW.
Research the meaning of data in the system and explain precisely what specific fields and report columns represent.
Develop documents for training.
Manage service level agreements with 3rd-party support providers to ensure client receives the level of service for which it has contracts.
Run scripts and reports for routine data maintenance.<p>
Monitor the following weekly<p>
Data flow to ensure accuracy of data among systems
Merchandise Planner
Retail Expansion
Mobi Media
ESA
Retek RMS
Orders by status to ensure data is flowing and being cleaned.
Transfers by status to ensure data is flowing and being cleaned.<p>
Maintain the following<p>
Reason code lists
Traits and UDAs
Price point bracketing tables<p>
Perform the following as needed<p>
Define, generate, distribute, and communicate new ad hoc and standardized reports in RDW; liaise with reports developers for any reports that cannot be generated ad hoc.
Execute scripts for allocations.
Coordinate reclassification and reorganization with IT Retek team.
Assist with adjustments
Average cost adjustments.
Receiver cost adjustments.
Receiving unit adjustments.
Manage user role requests with IT helpdesk.
Define user access.

The Systems Analyst must be able to back up the employees who normally perform the following daily operations<p>
Prepare Retek RMS for stock counts.
Write transfers, RTVs and stock adjustments.
Monitor ReSA daily to clear or escalate errors.
Monitor the Error Hospital daily to clear errors.
Enter dropped transactions into ReSA.
Notify IT helpdesk of missed POS transmissions.
Notify IT helpdesk of extraneous ReSA storeday records.<p>
