Help Desk Analyst Level II with 2-3+ years experience needed for financial services client in the Hauppauge area. As the Help Desk Analyst you will be the first point of contact for client support for technical and web issues. These issues will be received via e-mail, phone and/or company's database. You will determine escalation path of all issues that cannot be resolved within your support group. Other duties include resetting expired passwords, resolving common data problems, troubleshooting client data problems and heavy support documentation from summaries and correspondence pertaining to issues for use in future troubleshooting. Help Desk hours of operation are 6 AM to 8 PM with three different shift choices, but will also include a rotating schedule for weekend coverage. The Help Desk Analyst candidate must be a team player, detail oriented, have strong analytical skills and must have prior IT Help Desk experience along with working knowledge of IP networks and MS Windows applications.
