We currently have a need for a Business Analyst.
Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline. Two (2) years experience in systems analysis desired. Knowledge of MS Office Suite, systems design, applications analysis, development techniques, documentation and testing techniques is required. Systems development background preferred. Knowledge of SQL is highly desirable. Candidates must possess good written & oral communication skills & be able to work well in a team environment. Candidates must also have excellent problem solving, multitasking, customer service, organizational & project management skills. The candidate must have good business background (preferably in the Transportation Logistics field) and knowledge of financial processes. This candidate will be expected to learn a freight-forwarding application and become an expert in testing the application and communicating with the business community.
