Customer Service Rep: will be handling incoming phone calls and logging ServiceRequests for the TMM EDI Technical Support Helpdesk. We need someone who has a customer
service type of background, good verbal skills,professional, and able to handle
upset customers. Familiarity with medical office or medical billing lingo would
be a plus.
