The main duties of this position involve providing the day-to-day support of their client's networking and systems needs and the implementation of new LAN/WAN and server projects, while closely interacting with high-end, executive-level clientele on both commercial and residential sides.
To be successful in this position, you MUST possess: *1-4 years of relevant technical support experience. *A solid command of supporting Windows desktop environments including MS Office and other desktop applications. *Working knowledge of networking, including setting up networks, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and some experience with wireless handhelds (BlackBerry, Treo, Smart Phones). *Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills *A high energy level and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects at once. *An understanding of Windows Servers including Exchange and backups, as well as expertise in Mac would be definite pluses.
