Experience: We are currently looking for multiple individuals to work on a project at a local client. We will consider recent college gruates with a BA degree and no experience.
? Review documentation provided by the field
? Complete the Links Account Worksheets for every assigned account
? Load Top 300 and GPE accounts into Links
? Provide guidance on the account load activities to other support resources
? Assist the field with entitlement/Contract related questions
? Adhere to the entitlement & contract maintenance business process
? Support new, renewals, global/national, and existing contracts
? Work with the configuration coordinators to assist in end-to-end contract set-up
? Assist with Production Support
? Strong PC and Microsoft Office Suite skills required (advanced user)
? Strong problem solving skills required
? Use of critical thinking required
? Training Skills - Ability to train others
? Leadership Skills
? Strong communication skills
? Attention to detail required
? Highly motivated
? Ability to interact with all different user types
? Ability to interact with users from different regions
