Basic Function:On a project basis, participates in the gathering and analysis of information for defining functional requirements, functional designs, development and implementation of the final project.Responsibilities:- Maintains thorough understanding of Treasury Management, its functions, processes, operations and strategic direction. - Maintains a detailed understanding of all supported applications and associated products.- Develops and/or oversees the development of test strategies and scripts, in addition to performing client testing for routine to complex processes in order to ensure proper system functioning.- Responsible for the management of direct reports.- Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations to fulfill business requirements.- Works directly with business partners to launch new products.- Maintains active involvement in all Commercial Queue Projects, as well as departmental/BAU changes.- Works closely with the production units and technical customer support to introduce and train on new product and system implementations.- Documents and maintains procedures.- Performs system validation tasks to support application changes and system upgrades.Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 3-6 years experience in a technical/systems analysis or technical operational support environment- Minimum 3-6 years experience, managing technical staff- Excellent project management and analytical skills (PMM)- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in support of day-to-day production and projects- Demonstrated high aptitude to complex problem analysis and resolution- Proven ability to understand the Treasury Management business areas and functions and operational environmentIdeal Qualifications:- Treasury Management knowledge- Previous experience with PMM (Project Management Methodology)
