Experience: Write, support and enhance interface requirements for project Unity
* Create and/or review functional specifications written for interfaces
* Develop system unit testing scenarios and test cases for components assigned
* Perform testing - report and resolve problems
* Assist in the resolution of production enhancements as dictated by the end users
This position's primary responsibility is in the area of interfaces. The resource must be able to review scheduled updates and determine the interface changes necessary. He/she must review business requirements and prepare documentation for development. Resource must establish good working relationships with offshore developers as well as related Guardian resources. Resource is expected to identify errors during testing. An understanding of our variable products and transactions is necessary to be able to validate values and report differences.
Write and support new requirements for Policyholder documents for Project Unity.
* Implement Quarterly and Yearly Benefit Statements
* Work closely with Presentation Services to develop new Policyholder documents
* Support and review XML Policy Pages
Resource should be familiar with policy holder documents and the conditions under which they must be generated. He/she works with Presentation Services and Compliance personnel to guarantee the presentation and accuracy of documents. During the Cyberlife Conversion phase of the Unity project, the resource will be relied upon to identify all necessary changes that affect policy holder documents, prepare requirements, assist development, review test output, and manage defects.
Business Systems Analyst-Life Insurance (multiple openings) could be in NY and\or Bethlehem PA.
Works closely with the business users in understanding, defining and documenting business requirements for enhancing the NaviSys new business and policy administration platform.- Experience with translating business requirements into application specific functional specifications.
